Job Description

To organize the daily operations of the organization by scheduling, answering phones, and customer questions, and working closely with the production team to maximize job completion.

  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, handling requests from many different sources
  • Responds well to stress/change, able to get on board with vision and unity
  • Able to effectively deal with difficult people & is solutions oriented
  • Proficient in Database & systems management, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to route, map and dispatch efficiently
  • An open mind to provide solutions for efficient operations
  • Review daily workload, products needed and schedule/reschedule/route with customers
  • Monitor technicians and progress throughout the day adjust appts as needed
  • Follow up with customer’s needs and return work
  • Provide direction to technicians with respect and understanding of their contribution to the team
  • Maintain a positive outlook and attitude
  • Encourage camaraderie and teamwork
  • Seek to increase sales by developing & nurturing customer relationships while implementing the SERVICE strategy
  • Learn to communicate sales information over the phone to those seeking information
  • Monitor follow up bin and create estimates to send to customers within 24 hours of site visit
  • Follow up to ensure receipt, answer questions and convert to work with ordering materials or scheduling as needed
  • Counter Parts Sales and Walk in Customers
  • Provide sales support by helping customers who visit the showroom
