The company generates qualified sales leads from a 25-year heritage and raving reputation which enables you to hit the ground running. Your primary role will be to increase sales revenue within Ventura County and Santa Barbara County. We are looking for experienced, relational, motivated and self-disciplined salespeople who have the skillset, hunger & desire to grow with our organization.
Finding new business is a must which includes prospecting, cold calling and building new relationships with contractors
You must have a clean driving license and pass a mandatory drug test.
Expectations
- At least one year experience selling mechanical products to end users, through on- site consultations.
- Understand and implement pricing strategies
- Ability to listen, negotiate and effectively communicate
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Develop new long term business relationships
- Confidence, enthusiasm and friendly personality
- You will be required to work from home and spend more than 50% of your time in the field selling and obtaining contracts/ sales for our products and services
